The Board recently approved the addition of three Nest cameras that will give our owners using our website live views of Gooch’s Beach, Middle Beach, and the main parking area. We did this to provide everyone the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful setting from afar and to give us some measure of security. Video of 'events' detected by their motion will be recorded and kept for 30 days. The two cameras looking up and down our beautiful coastline will be available to the general public while the one focused on the parking lot and placed at building 1's entrance requires using the password to access the Member Info area. This is being done for security reasons and to protect the privacy of our owners. Audio capability and recording have been turned off for all cameras for the same reason.
