A few of MJ's recent accomplishments...

- All fire alarms in both buildings have been inspected

- Arranged for all water heaters over 15 years old to be replaced

- Patched some leaks around several skylights on Building 1's roof

- Worked on making new railing parts for the entrances to Building 2

- Ordered outside lighting fixtures for Building 2

- Built storage shelving under the Lounge and a stairway in Building 1
