- Building 2 will be getting their new outdoor light fixtures installed soon
- Building 2 is getting new wooden railings that MJ is currently making in our lounge; if you didn't know, the lounge has always been transformed in to a workshop off-season
- The Building 2 elevator has been re-certified for another year
- The parking lot will be restriped this Spring
- A new lock is being installed in April and the combination will remain the same
- Siding replacement has been resumed; this time it will be on the gable end of Building 1 facing the pool
- Painting of Building 1's outside trim will resume next Fall
