For many years, decades actually, owners have desired a bike shed on our property but the Town has not approved one. This year was fortunately different and MJ was able to obtain approval for the design he submitted. Well, now the shed has been built. MJ did a masterful job of single handedly planning and executing a structure that should serve all our needs. The storage space it will provide should be sufficient to handle all of our “summer season” requirements of anyone while they are residing in their units and to additionally be able to store our pool furniture during the remainder of the year.
